Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before being shipped. Incorrect or incomplete payment or address information may delay this further.

Lipojaro is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by USPS or other carriers.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen. These times are estimates, and Lipojaro is not responsible for external delays.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed immediately. Contact us within 24 hours to cancel. After shipping, the order cannot be canceled.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address. Lipojaro is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Returns

To request a refund, return all bottles (used or unused) within 180 days of purchase with the following:

• Full Name and Address
• Email and Phone
• Original Packaging Slip (if available)
